1:1 Therapy
Personalized sessions for individuals, couples, and families
Services begin with an initial meeting to determine your goals and develop the roadmap for working together. As a team, you and your therapist will craft focused intentions, remove roadblocks, explore new perspectives, relieve emotional distress, implement new skills, and update unhelpful patterns of thinking. Each session will create a new step forward, naturally building progress.​​​​

Group Therapy
Guided skill building full of connection and support
Group work begins with a one-on-one meeting to discuss how the group's focus will serve you and meet your goals. You will be provided with a workbook for learning new material and skills at home. Weekly group sessions will then focus on connection, sharing insight, and supporting each other's growth in applying skills. Groups are open and ongoing, allowing members to interact across various stages of learning.​​​ Group members start with an initial 8-week commitment and can add on further sessions as needed to build on their progress.

Services
We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Services are offered online only, through our secure online telehealth platform. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes. ​
Populations and Issues
We serve Florida residents of all ages. (Please note that very young clients may struggle to stay engaged in an online setting and may be better served at an in-person clinic.)

We utilize several evidence-based approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy​.
